Dry Green, a unique, environmentally safe dry cleaning service, launched in Leeds a few weeks ago with the aim of targeting the corporate market, taking its eco-friendly service to the heart of the city’s business district.
Dry Green enlisted Fantastic to create a distinctive brand and launch the company as an alternative to traditional dry cleaners.
Working in partnership with Dry Green, Fantastic delivered the company’s strategy to market in addition to designing and building the website and producing marketing collateral to communicate the company’s unique proposition and position the brand as stand alone in comparison to the competition.
Dry Green utilises a new process which replaces the normal and hazardous, petroleum based solvents with liquid silicone during the cleaning cycle. Using silica and after investing heavily in state of the art efficient machinery, it can ensure that its client’s clothes are cleaned gently but effectively, with minimal impact on the environment.
It offers free collection and delivery via vehicles running on bio-fuel and is currently in negotiations with a number of organisations and office buildings to arrange collection schedules in the foyers of its corporate business partners to make the process as easy as possible for commuters.
Mark Lidster, owner and MD of Dry Green, commented: “Dry Green offers individuals a green choice whilst supporting our business partners’ corporate responsibility. We are continually reviewing and improving our green processes and customer service. It is this attention to detail and the unique aspect to the company that makes us confident that we are supplying a superior service in a way that really makes a difference.”
James Scarr, Account Manager at Fantastic Media, added: “This is a unique service that could change the face of the industry so it was exciting to be involved from the very beginning. It’s a strong brand and we hope to continue working with the company in the future.”
