Brand management runs through his veins.
Andrew began his career with Tarmac Facilities Management in London looking after such brands as the arrows F1 Racing Team and the national food chain prêt a manger. As a design manager he was responsible for the successful implementation and fulfilment of all marketing and design strategies while helping to establish new brands within the market place.
In 1993 Andrew was invited to join TSA (now SFX) to assist, develop and manage existing accounts predominantly within the sports industry. Working directly within the football division Andrew worked with such brands as David Beckham, Michael Owen and Alan Shearer, working with all aspects of personality management. Still with TSA Andrews previous experience within facilities promotions led him to be assigned to Sampdoria Football Club in Genoa to begin working on increasing revenue streams within the stadium. During his time in Italy Andrew gained valuable experience of the international commercialism within sport and was asked to join Bolton Wanderers helping manage the building of the £38m Reebok Stadium. Andrew was responsible for pulling together the build and launch of the stadium for opening on the 1st September 1997.

Andrew's unique combination of finance and marketing skills typifies Fantastic's results-driven ethos. After 5 years advising on acquisitions in the global marketing services sector for Arthur Andersen, Andrew moved to Saatchi & Saatchi taking responsibility for the commercial management of accounts such as HP, Guinness, Lexus and LloydsTSB.
Following success at Saatchi's, Andrew gained extensive btl experience, at Wunderman before returning north to join Fantastic in 2007. As well as being a Chartered Accountant, Andrew holds a Diploma in Financial Strategy from Oxford and has co-founded a number of successful start-up businesses.

Before joining Fantastic Media, Richard spent two years operating his own company producing business card sized interactive CD Rom presentations.
He then joined Andrew Hobson on a joint venture for PriceWaterHouse Coopers. Following the success of this scheme, Richard was offered a permanent position as Junior Web Developer, which then progressed to Technical Director, and since to Operations Director at Fantastic Media.
Richard is responsible for the smooth running of the agency, including IT infrastructure, communication systems and specialist equipment. He also oversees Fantastic's busy digital department, creating online solutions and digital strategies which increase sales and boost efficiency for clients. He also ensures that the agency is up to date on all the latest technology and techniques; consistently producing cutting edge work for clients.

A former Professional Rugby League player and International Athlete, Abi now delivers strategies, operational solutions and managed partnerships across many sectors.
Appointed as CEO of Bradford Bulls Holdings Ltd in 2000, he helped the club enjoy significant success whilst growing to become one of Europe's biggest rugby clubs - both on-field and commercially. Since this time Abi has become a consultant to a number of businesses, community and governmental partnerships, applying his skills to customer engagement and acquisition, sports performance, leadership and organisational change.
Abi is also the current manager of the Great Britain Rugby League Team.

Donna was one of the UK's first graduates to be awarded a BA (Hons) in PR and Marketing. With over twelve years experience, Donna has delivered successful PR and marketing campaigns for agencies both in London and her native Yorkshire.
Working for clients such as global medical equipment company, Paxman; high street retailer, Card Factory; logistics management specialist, Bedfords Transport; nationwide opticians chain, Vision Express; global automotive giant, Toyota; Chadwick Lawrence Solicitors; and velta surface heating and cooling, Donna has varied and extensive experience across a number of industries.
Donna is responsible for developing marketing strategies to achieve her clients' business objectives and then working with the Client Services team to ensure that they are delivered successfully. As the company's PR specialist Donna oversees all public relations activity and ensures that Fantastic issues timely and relevant PR therefore building positive relationships with key media.

A CIM qualified marketeer, Gary came to Fantastic Media having spent over three years working for agencies in London's West End. His time in the capital involved managing a wide variety of clients including The Ritz, Barratt East & West London, Ascot Underwriters, United House and SIMA.
Whilst process driven he also brings a passion for well executed and thoroughly thought through strategy and is a firm believer that in every campaign substance and style should always go hand in hand. His experience encompasses, amongst others, areas such as TV, radio, press, DM, digital and design.
Responsible for delivering strategically sound marketing campaigns, Gary's client portfolio includes the likes of; law firms, Chadwick Lawrence and Yorkshire's Injury Lawyers, specialist print company, Alpha Media, Skopes Menswear, Stormont Truck & Van, Replan and a number of other clients across a diverse range of industries.

James has over six years experience gained in full service and digital agencies in Yorkshire. He has worked for various market leaders in a range of industry sectors from retail to automotive to sports and leisure.
James lists high street women's retailer, Bonmarché; golf clothing online retailer, County Golf; online promotional clothing retailer, Banana Moon and prestige car brand, Overfinch amongst his client portfolio.
Responsible for delivering clients' marketing strategies with precision, James is very keen on keeping up to date with the latest online and offline marketing techniques, so he can make sure his clients are always one step ahead of the competition.

A University of Huddersfield graduate with a BA (Hons) in Advertising, Media and Design, Emily has a passion for the marketing industry.
Emily came to Fantastic two years ago as Account Executive and has learnt from the ground up, providing vital assistance to the Client Services team.
Having progressed to the position of Account Manager, Emily works with clients across a range of different industries including IT support and software company, P2 Technologies; national retail giant, Card Factory; law firm, Chadwick Lawrence, global medical equipment firm, Paxman and drinks dispense solutions provider, Brewfitt.

Tom graduated from The University of Newcastle in 2011 after studying BA Hons History. He then went on to a business development role at surface heating and cooling solutions company, velta.
Tom came to Fantastic on a placement to explore the marketing industry and find out if it was where he wanted to build a career; since then Tom has been appointed as Fantastic's Digital Account Manager.
Tom is responsible for the execution of digital strategies for a number of clients as well as providing ongoing support on a number of full service accounts.

Beth has recently graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University with a First Class BA (Hons) in Retail Marketing Management.
Beth joined Fantastic during her final year at university spending one day a week with the business to gain valuable experience; Beth also worked within the marketing industry as part of a placement year from university in 2010.
As an Account Executive, Beth supports the client services team with work for a variety of clients across a vast range of industries, including drinks dispense company Brewfitt, Scalp Cooling suppliers Paxman Coolers, clothing retailer Skopes and FMCG company, Fruitypot.

Vicky is the face and voice of Fantastic Media.
As the first point of contact for all clients and suppliers Vicky's strong customer service background ensures that everyone is greeted with a friendly smile and has a truly Fantastic experience when visiting us.
As Agency Manager, Vicky acts as PA to the directors, and also handles the company's accounts, HR and payroll. She undertakes everything necessary to keep the agency running smoothly.
