How we’re turning up the heat this Autumn

November 24, 2025

Written by Fantastic Media

It’s nearly the end of the year… but that hasn’t stopped us levelling up at Fantastic!

As 2025 draws to a close, we’ve been focusing our efforts on growth, improvement, and pushing our work even further.

With new website launches, filming days focused on bringing big ideas to life, welcoming new talent and championing continuous learning, we’ve been busy making things happen.

Here’s what we’ve been getting up to over the past few months.

Improving ourselves… to improve YOU

From investing in leadership training, to shining the light on the importance of personal branding, the past couple of months has seen using taking the time to develop our skills and sharpen our thinking.

We learnt lots attending both Leeds Digital Festival and Brighton SEO, while an insightful session with Deborah Ogden saw our team learn the real impact of building a solid personal brand.

Driving results through continued innovation

There’s been lots of projects in the pipeline recently, and we’ve kept the momentum going through web launches and bold brand transformations.

We refreshed the brand and website for national investment house Bailie Group, delivering an improved user experience through streamlined navigation, engaging copy and a contemporary design that reflects the Group’s trusted expertise.

Meanwhile, for premium dog food brand, ProDog Raw, we developed a striking new identity supported by stronger, more dynamic visuals, and centred around the hero messaging of: “Serious nutrition for serious dog owners”.

See how we helped transform the ProDog brand in our case study here.

Lights, camera, action!

SEW-EURODRIVE UK returned to exhibitions for the first time in a decade, and we were on hand to capture their innovations and expertise at the PPMA Total Show in Birmingham in September.

Leading up to the exhibition we built momentum across email, blogs, PR and social, while on-site at the NEC we produced high-quality video content driving value to SEW-EURODRIVE’s marketing efforts both in the UK and internationally.

We also had the opportunity to film with Chief Innovation Officer Dr Hans Krattenmacher during his visit to the UK HQ from Germany, creating an informative video campaign highlighting how digitalisation is driving the future of SEW-EURODRIVE and supporting their customers’ success.

Take a look at how we captured Dr Krattenmacher’s insights here.

Investing in the next generation of marketing talent

At Fantastic, we’re committed to supporting new marketeers as they embark on their careers, reinforced through our ongoing investment in apprenticeships and placement opportunities.

In September, we welcomed our two new placement students from local Leeds Universities, Jasper and Natalia, and celebrated Sam completing his multi-channel marketing apprenticeship and continuing with us as a Senior Account Executive.

We’re proud of the many success stories at our agency that began with placements and apprenticeships, and we see real value in nurturing the next generation of talent.

Going the extra mile

And we didn’t stop there – our focus on growth extends beyond the work we do for our clients.

Recently, members of our team took on some big personal challenges including participating in The Yorkshire Marathon Festival, demonstrating the same commitment that underpins everything we do at Fantastic.

We’re proud to continually go the extra mile inside and outside of work, setting the standard every step of the way.
