Swiftly building brand awareness for Adventoris
Adventoris is a leading Software as a Service (SaaS) provider based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, with a client portfolio spanning the UK and Europe. The firm is the creator of SwiftCloud, a leading mobile app platform for distributors and wholesalers, which provides businesses with a platform for customers to see products, communicate with the company and place orders 24/7. Adventoris boasts an impressive client portfolio, including Pepsi Co, STAEDTLER and Tilda Rice.
We work with Adventoris to increase brand awareness through a robust PR strategy including media relations, thought leadership, profiling and award writing.
The Challenge.
We were tasked with building awareness of Adventoris as a Yorkshire tech leader and creating buzz around its SwiftCloud brand through media relations over a 12-month period.
Adventoris already had a strong in-house marketing team but wanted to strengthen its PR output to drive awareness of the brand and put it in front of customers and prospects by targeting the publications they read. As well as brand awareness, a key focus was to highlight the team’s expertise, with a particular focus on building the profiles of founder and CEO, James Clarkson, and CTO, Aman Shergill.
The Approach.
We created a comprehensive communications strategy to showcase SwiftCloud, as well as the people behind the software, incorporating a blend of traditional media relations, award writing, feature writing and thought leadership activity.
We identified key spokespeople with the business and mined the business for news and comment topics to position Adventoris as growing, successful business and a thought leader in its market.
We built a robust media list that included local and regional media, national media, technology trade media, as well as vertical sector media for a range of Adventoris’ clients, including food and drink, retail, wholesale, electronics and cleaning.
Awards and features calendars were also created, identifying key dates in the diary.
The Activity.
We engaged with a range of core media including regional, trade and vertical sector publications to ensure a complete approach to the key audiences that Adventoris wished to engage with.
This included targeting media across a range of sectors including golfing, technology, food and drink, retail and wholesale, electrical, and construction. This allowed us to highlight the key messaging in relation to each specific industry and its challenges.
Features and thought leadership pieces were focused on highlighted topics of knowledge, including digitisation and cybersecurity, to demonstrate the expertise of senior members of the team, with a particular focus on their target sectors.

The Results.
Our relationship with Adventoris was extended following a successful initial 12-month campaign.
In that first year, 47 pieces of coverage were secured in key titles, with a combined total reach of 505k. Five features were secured in target vertical publications, with a combined readership of 82k. 50% of all eight judged award entries resulted in Adventoris being named a finalist, achieving recognition for its work within the technology sector.
Over that period, Adventoris’ total revenue was up 45%, with SaaS revenue up 75% year on year. Adventoris also won 50 new clients in that time, branching out into new markets including baby care, golf, timber and seafood.
Most recently in 2025, the reach for online coverage totalled 604.9m, while print coverage circulation reached 139.2k.
Features were secured in key sector titles including Sandwich & Food To Go and Wholesale Manager, as well as hitting headlines with some major business milestones including landing new clients Suntory Beverage & Food GB&I, Tilda, and Bird Brothers, as well as reaching £2bn of customer orders being processed via SwiftCloud.
“Fantastic Media, and especially Abi and Stef, have been invaluable partners for us. The coverage they’ve secured for us over the years has been outstanding and a major driver of our momentum.
We’re excited to keep building on this success through 2026 and beyond. We’d recommend Fantastic without hesitation.”
Joe Tully, Head of Marketing, Adventoris
“From the outset, our focus was on positioning Adventoris as both a Yorkshire tech success story and an authoritative voice within its target sectors. By combining consistent media relations with thought leadership, profiling and strategic award activity, we were able to shine a spotlight not just on the SwiftCloud platform, but on the expertise and ambition of the team behind it. The results speak for themselves; sustained brand visibility, strong sector credibility and measurable business growth. It’s been a pleasure to support Adventoris on this journey and to see the business continue to scale and diversify.”
