Sally is our Managing Director, bringing over 22 years of marketing and agency leadership experience. She joined Fantastic Media in 2013 as a Senior Account Executive and has since held roles including Head of Client Services and Director of Operations, before stepping into the MD role in 2024.

Along the way she’s overseen major milestones for the agency, from the successful integration of Faith Brand Communications and broadening our service offering into PR, AI, podcasts, and animation, to driving our 2019 move into Leeds, positioning us alongside the city’s leading agencies and securing a place in the Prolific North Top 50 Integrated Agencies.

Her career highlights also include being named Employee of the Year at the Examiner Business Awards in 2015 during her time as Head of Client Services; recognition of her commitment to both clients and colleagues.

Sally combines client-side insight, cross-sector expertise and a values-led approach that puts people and results at the centre of everything we do. She is responsible for the growth, professional development and productivity of the Fantastic team, while remaining closely involved in shaping strategies and delivering success for our clients.
