The Position

As an Account Manager, and reporting directly to the Director of Client Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of effective marketing strategies for our clients across a diverse range of sectors, including B2B and B2C.

Our primary focus is to understand our clients’ businesses and identify opportunities for growth. To achieve this, you will work closely with our team of account executives, creative experts, web developers and digital managers. Your responsibility will be to deliver high-quality work that meets client goals and expectations.

As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will have effective communication skills and the ability to lead presentations and meetings with confidence. You will be adept at managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that campaigns are executed seamlessly across multiple channels.

To be considered for this role, you should possess a proven track record in account management, with experience working in a similar role within a marketing agency.

You will have a deep understanding of the full marketing mix. Additionally, you should have strong organisational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

A strong understanding of websites and previous experience on end-to-end web projects is beneficial.


  • Operate as the point of contact for assigned clients and ensuring clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
  • Creating, developing, and optimising effective strategies
  • Producing engaging, clear & concise copy for campaigns
  • Ensuring that campaigns are aligned across multiple channels.
  • Planning and managing workload, briefing teams and liaising with the creative and web development teams in line with the direction and requirements of the wider agency
  • Quality control – proofing work to make sure it’s of the highest standard and devoid of errors.
  • CMS updates – working on web-based Content Management Systems (primarily WordPress) adding blog content, updating pages, adding in basic meta etc (training given as required)
  • Reporting – creating and presenting monthly client results reports that include overall trends and actionable opportunities.
  • Managing projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
