Join Our Team: Fantastic Media UK Ltd is Hiring a Paid Media Manager

The role of the Paid Media Manager involves the daily oversight of various digital marketing campaigns. Collaborating with the digital marketing team to implement strategies for paid search, display, and social advertising across diverse client portfolios.

This includes keyword research and management, analytics and tracking, campaign implementation, bid and budget management, landing page performance analysis, and campaign reporting.

The candidate will be expected to comfortable being client facing and driving improve paid media campaign efficiency and increase conversions.

  • Possess the ability to communicate directly with clients, both verbally and in writing
  • Have a strong analytical background.
  • Be detail oriented, highly organised, with a keen eye for consistency
  • Be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, and independently as required
  • Be able to work within an integrated environment and understand the full marketing mix.
  • Demonstrate an ability and willingness to learn new skills independently
  • Have a strong desire to learn and add value to the team
  • Be solutions oriented

Skills & Experience

Have 2+ years experience working within the following platforms:

  • Google/Bing Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Google Analytics (GA4)

Have some experience in the following:

  • Google Ads Editor
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Facebook Business Manager
  • Looker Studio/Supermetrics

You’ll need to be able to confidently manage all aspects of campaign management and configuration, launch, and ongoing optimisation – including strategy, ad copywriting, data-analysis and budget/billing management.
