We have recently been working with Shipley based call outsourcing company Answering4u, assisting them with a brand overhaul and a refresh of their visual identity as well developing a fresh marketing strategy to target new prospects. Â The rebrand will see Answering4u now operating under the new brand name ‘Your Business Voice’
Answering4u took part in a Brand Insight where they tasked our team to elevate the brand and change the perception of the business from that of a telephone answering service to a highly integrated business support function. As a business, Answering4u has experienced strong growth in recent years and has outgrown the previous brand, Â now havingÂ a much broader service offering than indicated by the original name.
As part of the refresh, we delivered a full re-design of the existing brand to create a completely new look and feel, which will elevate the company and help new and existing customers to understand the full-service offering available at ‘Your Business Voice’.
We also designed and built a new fully responsive website, which represents ‘Your Business Voice’ as a market leader in the call outsourcing industry and gives prospects a strong insight into the personal and professional services available.
Other marketing channels utilized by our team as part of the strategic marketing campaign for ‘Your Business Voice’ include the use of multimedia content, a strong PR strategy, delivery of social media and content marketing.
