The Position

You will be responsible for actioning changes to campaigns, the day-to-day running of clients’ paid accounts, and working with the wider team to suggest improvements and report back to the client.

You’ll need some experience using Digital Marketing Platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads. We will teach you the rest!

As a successful Paid Social Executive, you will begin to improve your existing knowledge of digital marketing through shadowing Account Managers and helping to run the digital accounts.

As an integrated marketing agency, we work with our team to build a broad understanding of the full marketing mix. Some of the team go on to have a specialism in a particular discipline but are always encouraged to have a wider appreciation of marketing and tactical activities.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end digital campaign management
  • Working with Account Managers to develop your knowledge of client services and relationship building.
  • Provide input on future marketing plans based on analysis.
  • Client account admin – making sure everything is organised, accurate and in line with the existing marketing strategy and associated tactical activities
  • Implementing campaigns across a number of digital platforms (e.g. Facebook / Instagram / LinkedIn / Google Ads)
  • Targeting selected audiences through market research
  • Tracking daily, weekly & monthly KPI’s to identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Producing engaging, clear & concise copy for campaigns
  • Ensuring that campaigns are aligned across multiple channels
  • Booking work, briefing teams and liaising with the creative and web dev teams in line with the direction and requirements the associated Account manager/ director.
  • Quality control – proofing work to make sure it’s of the highest standard and devoid of errors
  • CMS updates – working on web-based Content Management Systems (primarily WordPress) adding blog content, updating pages, adding in basic meta etc (training given as required)
  • Reporting – Creating and presenting monthly client results reports that include overall trends and actionable opportunities.

The candidate must have:

  • At least 12 months experience working in an agency or experience with digital platforms
  • Base-level knowledge of paid media platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook ads
  • Must be inquisitive and have a desire to develop a career in digital marketing
  • Be able to use their initiative to identify opportunities for digital campaigns and content
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to adapt to change quickly
  • A keenness to learn and progress within the business
