Leading UK e-cigarette retailer chooses Fantastic to light up its business

Fantastic Media appreciate the importance of solving problems quickly

Ten Motives, one of the largest electronic cigarette retailers in the UK, has appointed Fantastic Media as its marketing agency.

Rapidly growing Ten Motives chose Fantastic to both transform their internal systems and develop their external marketing strategy, including the build of a new online store that is fully optimised for mobile.

The company, who are based in Sandbach, Cheshire, started selling their e-cigarettes in Tesco stores across the country in 2010. Since then, despite not being allowed to advertise, they have seen huge growth in sales with products being sold in many leading retailers and direct from the company online.

Fantastic Media were initially asked to provide a solution to improve Ten Motives’ ordering process. Fantastic are a partner of Royal Mail’s ‘Customer Own System Solution’ (COSS) and were able to integrate Ten Motives’ systems so orders directly from the website are automatically logged instead of data having to be manually entered. This work was carried out as part of the build of a brand new online store on Fantastic Media’s bespoke Ecommerce platform.
