Logistics in Operation: Helping to build Warrior Link’s brand authority and online presence
Warrior Link is a logistics business founded in 2021 by an industry veteran, already achieving a £2M turnover and building a team of 20 staff and drivers, many of whom are military veterans. Known for professionalism, reliability, and military-style precision, Warrior Link operates a fleet of 18 branded trucks with a strong reputation in general haulage and palletised loads. Despite this promising start, the business faced challenges with low brand awareness, over-reliance on subcontracted work, and a lack of consistent inbound leads. Warrior Link turned to Fantastic Media to strengthen its brand positioning, create a modern digital presence, and implement a integrated marketing plan to generate enquiries and secure more direct contracts.
The Brief.
Fantastic Media was tasked with repositioning Warrior Link’s brand and developing a clear, compelling message that would appeal to both existing and prospective clients. This included a complete website redesign to better showcase their services and team, alongside a targeted marketing strategy using digital campaigns, PR, and creative design. The challenge was to communicate Warrior Link’s values of discipline, flexibility, and trust, while also delivering measurable results that would support business growth.
The Research.
To build a strategy tailored to Warrior Link, our team analysed their existing marketing activity, reviewed competitors, and examined customer behaviour in the logistics sector. Key findings included:
- Warrior Link’s strong reputation for reliability but lacked online visibility
- A simplistic website which lacked SEO optimisation and a chance to publicise their KSPs
- Uncovered gaps in their marketing activity, such as sporadic organic social media posting and under-optimised PPC campaigns which limited their results.
The Big Idea.
Our vision was to create a bold, modern identity that reflected Warrior Link’s military heritage while positioning them as a specialist logistics partner. We introduced the tagline ‘Logistics in Operation’, supported by a refreshed brand toolkit with updated colours, fonts, and design assets. It was essential that the activity following this brand refresh showcased their full-service offering, highlighted the expertise of the team and drove awareness of their capabilities.

The Activity.
To turn this work into reality, we delivered a series of activities:
- A Fresh New Website: with improved navigation, up-to-date, clearly communicated content, and optimised user flow.
- Premium Positioning: the design showcased both the brand identity and the people behind it.
- LinkedIn Advertising: targeted at key decision-makers in manufacturing, construction, and facilities management
- Restructured PPC Campaigns: with tighter geo-targeting, better keywords, and negative keyword filtering, we ensured maximum return on ad spend.
- Remarketing Campaigns: kept Warrior Link front-of-mind for potential customers and boosted their brand awareness amongst the industry
- Comprehensive Email Marketing Strategy: monthly campaigns aimed at highlighting different services, building trust and encouraging repeat business.
The refreshed brand and new website introduced:
- A stronger platform that reflected Warrior Link’s professionalism and ambition.
- Improved SEO and paid campaigns drove more qualified traffic to the site, resulting in higher-quality enquiries and reduced reliance on subcontracted work.
- LinkedIn advertising opened up opportunities in manufacturing and industrial sectors, where Warrior Link’s military precision and reliability resonated strongly.
- Consistent marketing activity across digital and offline channels, Warrior Link began to build stronger recognition in the market, establishing itself as a dependable logistics partner with the capacity to grow.
“Our partnership with Fantastic Media has been transformational. They didn’t just refresh our brand and website; they gave us the tools and strategy to grow with confidence. The combination of a stronger digital presence, targeted marketing, and clearer messaging has already made a huge difference to the way we’re seen in the market.”
