Innovation in Dispense
Brewfitt expressed an interest in exploring the development of a new brochure website and ecommerce platform.
The demand for the new brochure website came as the previous site was 4/5 years old and competitor sites were beginning to lead the market in terms of their design and functionality.
An ecommerce site would predominantly be used as a supportive platform for the in-house sales team to improve efficiencies. There was also an opportunity to establish a ‘buy online’ platform for current and new customers looking for product costs and to purchase online.
Other rationale for the build and launch of an ecommerce website was for internal efficiency savings, demonstrate success and competitiveness within the market, take the business onto a multi-channel platform for 24/7 trading and to allow for successful upselling of the Future of Dispense.
The new and improved Brewfitt site offers a slick new ecommerce platform and payment gateway which provides customers with the opportunity to purchase products from the company online, at a time that suits them.
Customers can browse through the product catalogue with ease, and can learn more about all products including their bespoke and branded fonts, dispense accessories and Brewfitt’s innovative Future of Dispense system. In addition to this, the team have added free delivery on large orders, next day delivery and the ability for customers to track their order for those with slightly longer lead times.
