The Position

As Digital Account Manager with a specialism in digital, your responsibilities will include developing and overseeing the marketing strategies of clients to ensure their targets are met, both using digital and traditional marketing channels.

You will be responsible for creating, optimising and managing the development of digital marketing accounts and campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads and other digital channels.

You’ll know how to get the most out of a brief and out of people – effectively communicating information and overseeing progress to ensure work is delivered on point, on time and to budget.

As the primary point of contact for our clients, you’ll be comfortable leading presentations and meetings, and using your initiative to get to the heart of your client’s challenges and ultimate ambitions.

You’ll cultivate lasting relationships both internally and externally – understanding the needs of all stakeholders to deliver knockout work that benefits both your clients and the agency.

As an integrated marketing agency, we work with our team to build a broad understanding of the full marketing mix. Some of the team go on to have a specialism in a particular discipline but are always encouraged to have a wider appreciation of marketing and tactical activities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Client account admin – making sure everything is organised, accurate and in line with the existing marketing strategy and associated tactical activities
  • Creating, developing & optimising effective strategies
  • Implementing campaigns across a number of digital platforms (e.g. Facebook / Instagram / LinkedIn / Google Ads)
  • Targeting selected audiences through market research
  • Tracking daily, weekly & monthly KPI’s to identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Producing engaging, clear & concise copy for campaigns
  • Ensuring that campaigns are aligned across multiple channels
  • Booking work, briefing teams and liaising with the creative and web dev teams in line with the direction and requirements the associated senior account manager/ director. Sourcing and supplying copy (also writing it yourself) as appropriate to the job at hand
  • Quality control – proofing work to make sure it’s of the highest standard and devoid of errors
  • CMS updates – working on web-based Content Management Systems (primarily WordPress) adding blog content, updating pages, adding in basic meta etc (training given as required)
  • Reporting – Creating and presenting monthly client results reports that include overall trends and actionable opportunities.
