Welcome to In the Spotlight at Fantastic Media January edition. A new monthly focus on life in our integrated marketing agency. We’re starting 2023 with a bang! There’s a new strategic direction for the agency with plenty of value added for our clients, new hires, clients and content.
January might be the longest month of the year, but for us, it’s also been the perfect opportunity to focus on our growth plans, and welcome plenty of new clients.
Here’s this month’s In The Spotlight…
A Hexad of Hires
We’ve made a lot of changes to this business recently. With a new Managing Director and Director of Client Services, as well as two Apprentices, a Creative Designer and Marketing Executive. The Fantastic team has grown by over a third as we continue to win new business and expand the skills and expertise we offer.
Managing Director Jonathan Bradley has already made his mark since joining us late last year. And in January we welcomed back Sally to the team as Director of Client Services and in true Sally style she’s back delighting clients.
Digital Marketing Apprentices Seth Leech and Annie White are working with Apprenticeship provider Estio to gain a full qualification in Digital Marketing. Both have fit into Fantastic life perfectly and we look forward to helping them excel in their new careers.
Recent Site Visits
Sally, Jonathan, and Sarah headed to Laxtons this month for a site tour. It was a great opportunity to get to know more about the yarn industry that they will be working so closely with, and to get on the production line and try ‘doffing’ for themselves!
Last year we introduced a new campaign for Spares4Repairs and presented the results back in January. Highlights include a 244% increase in click through rate, increasing conversion value by 117% and reducing cost per acquisition across the account by 26%.
Senior Digital Account Manager Jack Norman says: “At Fantastic, we aim to achieve great results for our clients. This campaign was created mindfully with the client and their customer’s specific needs as the focus. We created ads that specifically spoke to customers’ needs and pain points whilst offering a cost-effective, time and money saving solution. Facebook ad ‘hacks’ come and go but outstanding creative, great copy and landing pages really drive results.”
We created a digital multi-channel Google Ads audit and strategy targeted at Encircle users through tactical paid social channels and generate direct leads through Google Ads.
It has reduced cost per lead from £175 to £28 and increased the quality and volume of leads for the Encircle sales team.
Is This A Client Visit Record?
This month we have had a whopping 17 client visits! Both in the office and at client sites across the country. So, it is safe to say that it’s been a busy month – long may it continue.
The power of us.
